At QuickSEVA (quickseva.online), we strive to provide efficient and satisfactory services for PAN card applications, corrections, and verifications. However, due to the nature of our services, we have specific policies regarding refunds and cancellations.
All fees paid for PAN card application, correction, and verification services are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the respective authorities (NSDL/UTIITSL).
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
To request a refund, users must contact us within 7 working days of the payment date and provide proof of payment and transaction details. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
Once the application has been submitted to NSDL or UTIITSL, cancellations cannot be processed.
If the application has not been submitted to the respective authorities, users may cancel the service by contacting us within 24 hours of payment. In such cases, a cancellation fee may apply.
Fees for PAN verification services are non-refundable once the request has been processed.
If users fail to provide the required documents or information within the stipulated timeframe, the application will be considered cancelled, and no refunds will be issued.
